Our Covid-19 Safety Plan

We have adopted a few changes at our shops to minimize the spread of COVID-19 and ensure the safety of our customers and staff. We ask that all customers follow signs posted at the front of our shops. We thank you all for the continued support during these uncertain times!

 

Our current protocols for our shops:

• Mask use is required in all of our shops.
• No more than 2 customers/parties in Collections by 5th Avenue, 3 customers/parties in Designers International and no more than 1 customer/party in London Towne Boutique.
• Signs and spacers have been strategically placed to promote social distancing of 2 metres/6 feet.
• Common areas and surfaces are frequently sanitized.
• No more than one staff member will be at the cash desk at any time.
• Plexiglass barriers have been installed at the cash desks to help reduce the risk on transmission.
• Tap payment is available at all shops, however cash payment is still accepted.
• Masks and gloves are always available for staff members as well as customers.
• Line markers have been placed at the entrances of our shops to form a que if needed.
• All shops have been strategically spaced out to maximize space between shoppers.
• All merchandise is left to sit for 72 hours after being tried on.
• Workers will wash their hands before and after stocking products.
• Sanitizer is provided at the entrances as well as cash desks in all of our shops.
• Reusable bags are not accepted at this time.
